| KEY 2010 DATES FOR THE APPLICATION PROCESS By February 10 - board will decide on total funding budget available for the year by March 12 - you must submit the application below, and make sure you talked to your liaison about your request By April - 13 - the board will decide on allocations to each camp. With your liaison you will need to decide, if you need to attend our decision meeting , if you would like to attend, or if your "liaison" can represent you at our meeting By May 15 - you will be informed of your allocation By July 15 - inform us if there are changes that may effect the amount of the allocation you requested (e.g. Less campers) By Sept. 15 - final date to get your final accounting in of the dollars actually used that you want reimbursed By October 15 - you should receive your check for the Camperships |
